My journey into the world of real food began when my children started joining us at the table. Suddenly, the ingredients on our plates carried more weight. I found myself leaning away from shortcuts and embracing the beauty of slowing down and cooking with intentionality. That path led me to fresh milled flour — a way to give my gluten-sensitive family members baked goods that are as nourishing as they are delicious. What started as a duty quickly became a lifestyle—one that feels sustainable, rewarding, and deeply life-giving. My greatest joy is gifting my family the kind of nourishment that fuels them to go out and face the world well-fed.
